Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms" and / or "Terms of Purchase") apply to the purchase agreement that you as a consumer enter into with Loose Knot AB, organization number 559333-1332, hereinafter referred to as "Loose Knot". In order to safeguard your interests as a customer, the provisions of the Consumer Purchase Act (SFS 1990: 932), the Distance and Home Sales Act (SFS 2005: 59), the Purchase Act (SFS 1990: 931), the Personal Data Act (SFS 1998: 204) and Directive 95/46 are applied. / EC "GDPR", on all purchases at www.looseknot.se.
You must be over 18 years old to shop with us or have a guardian's permit. All material on the website is protected under copyright law and may not be downloaded without permission.
Personal information
Loose Knot AB undertakes to respect and protect your personal data and your personal privacy. All data stored about the customer is handled in accordance with the Personal Data Act (1998: 204) until it is replaced by the European Data Protection Regulation 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation, or “GDPR”) on 25 May 2018. From and with 25 May 2018, all information about what is saved and / or handled about the customer will be handled in accordance with the GDPR.

Price and availability
All prices are shown in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include statutory Swedish VAT and in the event of price errors, we reserve the right to adjust or cancel orders. We can not guarantee that an item visible on the website is in stock, in such a case we will contact you as soon as we can. Colors can look different depending on which screen you are looking at, therefore we can never guarantee 100% that the color you see on the screen is an exact reflection of the real product, of course we do our best to make it as close as possible and it is always possible to return.
Shipping and delivery
Orders within Sweden has free shipping over 800 SEK. The delivery time is usually 3-4 working days unless otherwise stated for the product, and for post codes that are over 82xxx and rural, an extra day may be added. If your order has a product that has a longer delivery time, your order will be sent depending on the longest delivery time. If your shipment has not reached you 7 working days after you have received the delivery confirmation, it is important that you contact us.
Unredeemed packages / shipments
Shipments that are not picked up, but which are returned to us (sent back if it is not picked up within the specified time from the postal agent) are not covered by the right of return or withdrawal. If the shipment is not picked up, we will charge you SEK 300, for costs attributable to us.
Debit / credit card
You can easily pay by bank or credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard. All transactions are sent encrypted via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and are completely secure. For maximum security, we also use 3D-Secure.
Right of withdrawal (returns / exchanges)
As a private consumer, you have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. Return the item in unchanged condition and in the original packaging. You have the right to open the packaging and try the product, provided that the nature of the product presupposes this. If the product is not in unchanged condition, Loose Knot AB has the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the product's decrease in value compared with the product's original value from the return amount. If the original box is damaged upon return to us, we charge a fee of at least 20% of the value of the item or SEK 150. The right of withdrawal does not apply to tailor-made or self-designed products.
The right of withdrawal begins to run on the day you receive the item (the withdrawal period). You exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting us within the withdrawal period, you can contact us by email or phone. You cannot regret the purchase just by not picking up the package (see unredeemed packages / shipments) You must give us a clear message that you regret the purchase within the withdrawal period. We do not redeem any packages that are sent to us against cash on delivery. You as the sender are responsible for the shipment arriving at Loose Knot AB.
Loose Knot AB offers the statutory right of withdrawal for 14 days of open purchase. You can therefore return your goods within 14 days after you have received your order and we must have received your return no later than the 14th day after the order has been received.
When exchanging, you place a new order on the new items that you choose instead.
Ordering
We reserve the right to any final sale as well as stock balance, image and text errors. If any of the items you ordered should not be in stock at the time of picking, the item will be deleted from your order and the amount will be credited to your account as soon as possible. We do not residual note missing goods for later delivery.
Refund
Once we have received your return, we will complete the refund within 10 working days. You will be notified by email when your refund is completed. Credit or debit card: You will receive the corresponding amount for returned goods adjusted with the return shipping deposited in the account, within 3-5 banking days from the time of repayment.
If you have used any discount, the amount will be adjusted according to the terms of the discount code, after which you will receive a confirmation by email with the final amount.
Upon return, both the product and the gift must be returned, otherwise you no longer have the right to take part in the promotion and have to pay for the gift's equivalent value in the regular price. When returning the gift, there is no refund as you have never been charged for the gift. In the event of an oversold or if a product is out of stock, we reserve the right to replace the gift with another with the same value, in these cases you will be notified by email.
Return
If you have received a damaged item upon delivery, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving the package. Or if the product has broken down before the warranty period is over, you can also complain about the product. Contact us first via email and tell us what is wrong, enter your order number and article number or product name. We will then return with details on how you can proceed.
For private consumers, the Consumer Purchase Act (1990: 932) applies, which means that the customer has the right to have the shipping and return shipping refunded in the event of a valid return issue.
Cancellation / change of order
It is not possible to cancel an order after the order has been completed.
Address information
Be careful when entering your address details, we will send to the exact address you provide. If your name / surname is not registered or is not on the mailbox, you must enter a c / o address (the surname of the person who is registered at the address to which the order is sent). It is your responsibility as a buyer to provide the correct address.
Force majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond Loose Knot AB's reasonable control, for example in the event of amended legislation, government action, strike, blockade, sabotage, war, terrorism, fire, flood, natural disaster or similar events, Loose Knot AB's obligation to fulfill the purchase agreement shall be suspended. as long as the circumstance prevails. If such delay exceeds 2 months, both you and Loose Knot AB have the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect without any obligation to pay damages.
Dispute
In the event of a dispute, our policy is to follow the “General Complaints Board's recommendations” / Allmänna Reklamationsnämndens rekommendationer.
